PROFILE
From the snowy Caucasus to the Strait of Hormuz, I bring history, archaeology and science to life through visually striking footage, tightly tied to narrative.
Time in the edit has sharpened my editorial instinct: constructing compelling narratives, sifting complex stories, and capturing engaging soundbites.
I enjoy building relationships with contributors, directing interviews, and getting to the heart of character-driven stories, from one of the last nomadic tribes in the Taurus Mountains to major archaeological finds and interviews with prominent politicians and experts.
I have a proven track record of securing sensitive access to locations and contributors, ranging from restricted US military sites to survivors of the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
I enjoy the pressure of producing and consistently remain calm on location and in the edit while finding creative solutions under challenging constraints.
Always on top of budgets and commissioner expectations, I have experience liaising directly with funders from development through to final delivery.
A confident self-shooter, I have a solid understanding of various lighting setups and sound recording.
Extensive studio and location experience, I love being on the road and have worked on shoots all over Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the US, and around the UK.
